1. Deliveries within Belgium
1.1 When do we offer free delivery?
For a minimum order of €1,500 excl. VAT, we offer free delivery within Belgium.
1.2 When do you pay delivery costs?
We charge delivery costs for orders under €1,500 (excl. VAT). Is the delivery address located within a radius of 25 km from our store in Brüssel? Then the delivery costs amount to €95 (excl. VAT). For addresses outside a radius of 25 km, a delivery fee of €135 (excl. VAT) is charged. The applicable rate is automatically calculated by our website when you enter your address.
1.3 How does the delivery take place?
As soon as we have received a deposit of 30% of the total amount, we will call you to arrange a delivery date. On the day of delivery, our driver will call you approximately 30 minutes in advance. Please note: For deliveries via an external transport company, the full invoice amount must be paid in advance. The driver cannot accept payments on our behalf upon delivery.
2. Deliveries to the Netherlands
2.1 When do we deliver for free?
For a minimum order of €1,500 excl. VAT, we deliver to the Netherlands for free (please note, for the following postal codes, different rules apply under 5.3).
2.2 When do you pay delivery costs?
Are you ordering for an amount exceeding €1,500 (excl. VAT)? Then delivery to the Netherlands is completely free. Below this minimum amount, we charge a delivery cost of €135 (excl. VAT).
2.3 The following postal codes are always subject to delivery costs, even for orders exceeding €1,500:

Is your address located in one of these postal codes? We will then send you an adjusted quote including delivery costs after you have submitted your order. Upon agreement, we will deliver your order.
3. Payment
3.1 How much deposit do I need to pay?
We require a 30% deposit to process your order. Are you ordering custom-made products? Then we require a 50% deposit.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than at delivery, before the products are unloaded.
For custom-made products, the remaining amount must be paid no later than a few days before delivery.
3.2 When do I pay the remaining amount?
The remaining amount must be paid upon delivery of the products. The payment options depend on how your order is delivered:
Important: Is your street or address difficult to access for a truck with a trailer? Please inform us of this in good time to avoid extra costs.
A. Delivery with our own driver
You can choose:
- In advance via bank transfer to our bank account
- Upon delivery to the driver
- Cash (up to €3,000)
- Bancontact/mobile payment terminal
B. Delivery via external transport company
- The full purchase amount must be transferred in advance via bank transfer or via Mollie
- The external driver cannot accept payments upon delivery
C. Self-collection at our showroom / warehouse on the same day of ordering is possible.
You can pay:
- Cash (up to €3,000)
- Bancontact
Please note: Are you unsure whether your delivery will be handled by our own driver or by an external transport company? Feel free to ask when placing your order!
4. Stock confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation states whether your items are in stock. If (part of) your order is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
5. Self-collection
Do you wish to collect your items yourself? If we have your items in stock, they can be picked up at any time.
We recommend calling us in advance to let us know when you will be coming, so that we can prepare your order on time.
You can pay in our showroom by debit card or cash (cash up to a maximum of €3,000).
