1. Payment
1.1 How much deposit do I need to pay?
We require a deposit of 30% in order to process your order. Are you ordering custom-made products? Then we require a deposit of 50%.
The remaining amount must be paid at the latest upon delivery, before the products are unloaded.
For custom-made products, the remaining balance must be paid a few days before delivery at the latest.
1.2 When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery of the products. The available payment options depend on how your order is delivered:
A. Delivery with our own driver
You can choose:
- In advance via bank transfer to our account
- Upon delivery to the driver:
- Cash (up to €3.000)
- By Bancontact / mobile payment terminal
B. Delivery via external transport company
- The full purchase amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer or via Mollie
- The external driver cannot accept payments upon delivery
C. Pick-up at our showroom
You can pay:
- Cash (up to €3.000)
- By Bancontact

2. Stock confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation will indicate whether your items are in stock. If all or part of your order is not in stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery time.
3. Pick-up
Would you like to pick up your items yourself? If we have your items in stock, they can be picked up at any time.
We recommend calling us in advance before you come by so that we can have your order ready on time.
You can pay in our showroom by Bancontact or cash (cash up to a maximum of €3.000).
4. Deliveries within Belgium
4.1 When do we deliver for free?
For orders over €950 excluding VAT, we offer free delivery within Belgium.
4.2 When do you pay delivery costs?
For orders under €950 excluding VAT, we charge a delivery fee of €95. This amount is calculated automatically by our website.
4.3 How does the delivery take place?
As soon as we have received a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount, we will call you to arrange a delivery date. On the delivery day, our driver will call you approximately 30 minutes in advance.
Attention: For deliveries via an external transport company, the full invoice amount must be paid in advance. The driver cannot accept payments on our behalf upon delivery.
5. Deliveries within the Netherlands
5.1 For addresses in Southern Netherlands
5.1.1 When do we deliver for free?
For a minimum order of €950.00 excluding VAT, we deliver free of charge within Southern Netherlands (note, different rules apply for Northern Netherlands, see at the very bottom).
The following postal codes are always subject to delivery charges, even for orders over €950.00.

Is your address in one of these postal codes? Then we will send you a customized quote including delivery costs after you have placed your order. Upon your approval, we will deliver your order.
5.1.2 When do you pay delivery costs?
For orders under €950 excluding VAT, we charge a €95 delivery fee. This amount is calculated automatically by our website. If the order amount is over €950 excluding VAT, we deliver free of charge to the southern Netherlands.

6. Deliveries to Northern Netherlands
6.1 When do you pay delivery costs?
Do you live in the northern Netherlands? Then delivery costs always apply, regardless of the order amount. After receiving your order, we will prepare a quote for the delivery costs. Even if your address is further than a certain number of kilometers from our warehouse, we apply the same protocol as for orders to Northern Netherlands.
For deliveries to Northern Netherlands, we use an external transport company that handles the delivery for us. In this case, the full invoice amount must be paid in advance because the external transport company cannot collect payments on our behalf.

7. Deliveries to France
For deliveries to France, delivery costs always apply, regardless of the order amount. All deliveries are handled via an external transport company and are shipped as pallet shipments.
When you place an order through our website, we will contact you and you will receive a quote for the delivery costs.
The full invoice amount, including delivery costs, must be paid in advance because the external transport company cannot collect payments on our behalf.
8. Assembly
Assembly can be performed at the time of delivery only if a quotation has been approved beforehand. Without written confirmation, our delivery teams are not authorized to carry out assembly services. If the customer wishes to request this service, the request must be made before the delivery is scheduled. Our team will verify availability and confirm the cost of the intervention.
